Trying to switch gears. Just made bread and it raised nicely! We always eat the first loaf right away, buttered and honeyed, and I usually give a loaf to someone, my Mom or
Dad or... This time it is half for Aunt Mabel and half for David. This week I didn't buy store bread which I usually get 4 loaves - used to always need a dozen a week! And I think the 4 loaves of homemade bread will last until next Thursday when I plan to make it again. So we will see. Did not switch gears.
