Whole Wheat Bread
Small bowl ///Mixing bowl
3 Tb yeast ///App. 15 C freshly ground whole wheat flour
1 tsp honey ///2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C lukewarm water

Pan on stove ///Mix all together, knead. Oil top,
cover with damp cloth.
2 C milk ///Let rise 1 1/2 hr.
2 C hot tap water ///Push, knead, divide into 6 loaves. Oil 6 bread pans.
1 C molasses ///Let rise 1/2 hr. Bake at 350 35 to 40 min. Enjoy!
1/2 C olive oil ///Good with butter & honey.
1/2 C honey
to warmish
