At The Door

Facebook has been my recent writing. So unique to be able to keep up somewhat with so many friends! I really do love Facebook. Most of our children are on and a lot of our extended family. Friends far and near. Texting is also nice. A phone call and an email are always good. Written communication has always been important. God took a lot of time and a lot of people to be sure we got his written word!

I just had the best time reading several of your blogs! Jessica with YWAM and the great job the kids are doing, Jacob when he was in Vanuatu and all the cool things he learned and accomplished, Heather in sharing what she and her family are learning and doing - wow, I feel so blessed by all of you!

First of all, everyone should have a blog. It is almost like breathing. Second of all, I want to thank the Holy Spirit for how He coordinates so many things and helps us. I am studying the Patriarchs in a Bible study and am learning a lot. I want to visit Israel and stand right where some of these things took place! Jacob wrestling with God. Reunited with Esau. Running. Limping. God's care and protection and guidance. Thirdly, enjoying the rain. Somewhat unusual for June 2 but still nice.
